LYNDON, Ky. — Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a crash on March 8 that left a man and his dog dead.
Tyler Kinser was taken into custody on Friday, facing charges of manslaughter, assault, operating on a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance, and speeding. According to the Lyndon Police Department, officers responded to the accident at the intersection of North Hurstbourne Parkway and Ormsby Station Road.
Upon arrival, they discovered 57-year-old Stephen Lynch and his dog, Daisy, deceased at the scene. A female passenger in Kinser's vehicle was transported to a local hospital, but her condition has not been released.
