FITHIAN — A man died in a single-vehicle rollover accident on US Route 150 near Fithian at approximately 11:31 a.m. today.
Authorities identified the victim as William A. Utley, 53, of Urbana, according to Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden. His family has been notified, and an autopsy is scheduled.
Illinois State Police, along with local EMS, responded to the scene. Traffic was diverted for several hours, with lanes reopening around 1:30 p.m. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
