Lakeville, MA – Motorcycle Crash Leaves Two Seriously Injured
A motorcycle-SUV collision occurred Monday evening in Lakeville, Massachusetts, resulting in serious injuries to two individuals.
Emergency services responded to the incident on Route 18 shortly before 6:30 p.m. According to authorities, a Yamaha motorcycle collided with a Honda CRV.
The male motorcycle operator and the female SUV driver were the sole occupants of their vehicles. Both were transported to Morton Hospital in Taunton for medical treatment.
Authorities reported that Route 18 was closed in both directions for an extended period following the crash.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
