CLAY COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — Two minors were killed in a crash Saturday afternoon in Clay County, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. along Route 16 in the Indore area. Authorities reported that the vehicle, driven by a family member, collided with a large state vehicle.
A third minor was also in the vehicle and has been transported to a hospital for treatment.
Emergency response teams were on the scene, and lane closures occurred while the investigation took place. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
