ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WCHS) — A 23-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident Wednesday afternoon in Rowan County.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of State Route 801, according to the Rowan County Coroner's Office.
Christopher Blake Adkins, of Rowan County, was involved in a collision with an SUV, officials said.
Adkins was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
The crash is under investigation by local authorities.
