Two Killed in Route 460 Crash in Prince George County
PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. — Two people died in a crash along Route 460 on Tuesday morning, as confirmed by the Prince George County Police Department.
The accident occurred at 8:23 a.m. in the 8200 block of County Drive. Officers found a westbound vehicle that had veered off the road, struck a tree, and flipped over.
“There were three individuals in the vehicle. Tragically, two occupants were pronounced dead at the scene,” police reported. The third occupant sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Authorities are withholding the names of the deceased pending positive identification and notification of next of kin. The Crash Reconstruction Team is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
