Two people were hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash on I-70 in Callaway County Thursday morning.
The incident occurred near mile marker 144 around 8:15 a.m.
Both eastbound lanes were closed for nearly three hours due to the crash.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the injured individuals sustained moderate injuries.
Both lanes were reopened after the scene was cleared by emergency responders.
