Two Fulton residents were injured in a vehicle crash in Callaway County Friday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred at 4:40 p.m. on Route WW, near County Road 340.
According to the crash report, a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado veered off the right side of the road, struck an embankment, became airborne, and overturned, coming to rest on the roadway.
The 56-year-old male driver sustained minor injuries, while his 55-year-old male passenger suffered serious injuries. Both were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
MSHP confirmed that both occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
