TWIN FALLS, Idaho (CBS2) — Officers responded to a collision involving a white Dodge Journey and a school bus at the intersection of Jackson Street and Shoup Avenue on Thursday at 7:59 a.m.
The Dodge Journey was traveling southbound on Jackson Street while the school bus was eastbound on Shoup Avenue when the two vehicles collided in an uncontrolled intersection, authorities said.
Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported for medical treatment. There were eleven students on the bus, with one student evaluated by medical personnel at the scene.
Emergency response included the Twin Falls Fire Department and Magic Valley Paramedics. The incident is currently under investigation.
