Three Homes Damaged After Crash in 55+ Community in Springdale
Springdale, October 15, 2023 — Three homes were damaged following a vehicle crash in a 55+ community on Oak Lane around 2:41 p.m.
According to authorities, a sedan veered off the roadway, striking the homes. The vehicle, a 2015 Honda Accord, was traveling eastbound when it lost control, colliding with the residential structures.
Emergency responders from the Springdale Fire Department arrived on the scene and provided medical aid to the driver, a 42-year-old male, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No additional injuries were reported.
Witnesses reported significant damage to the front of the homes, with debris scattered across the yard. Authorities have confirmed that the impact caused structural concerns for at least two residences, requiring further assessment.
