WATERBURY, CT – A teenager died and several others were injured following a two-car collision on Chase Avenue early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 1 a.m. Authorities reported that a Subaru Legacy and a Mazda 3I were involved in the crash, each carrying two passengers.
Eighteen-year-old Luis Cisneros Fletes, of Waterbury, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver of the Mazda sustained critical, life-threatening injuries, while another passenger is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Medical personnel transported the driver and two passengers in the Subaru to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
