LOGAN, Utah (KUTV) — A collision at the intersection of U.S. 91 and 1000 West in Logan on Thursday evening sent six individuals to the hospital, according to the Logan Police Department.
Authorities reported that a northbound SUV, driven by a 65-year-old woman and carrying no passengers, failed to stop at a red light and struck a four-door sedan containing a 34-year-old woman and four juveniles.
All six occupants were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The full extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
The SUV driver was issued a citation for failure to obey a traffic control signal. The incident is currently under investigation.
