PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. — A crash on Route 460 resulted in two fatalities and one injury on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at 8:23 a.m. in the 8200 block of County Drive, where a westbound vehicle veered off the road, struck a tree, and overturned.
Two occupants, identified as Victoria Crawford, 33, of Chesapeake, and Michael Jackson, 35, of Hampton, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, Timothy Falcone, 49, of Suffolk, sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. He was taken into custody following his release.
Falcone faces two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of driving on a revoked license, authorities said.
The Prince George Police Department's Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
