Jamaica Plain Crash Claims Life of 68-Year-Old Woman
BOSTON, MA – A fatal accident outside Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital occurred Thursday, claiming the life of Patricia McGrath, 68, of Dorchester.
According to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, McGrath was sitting on a bench outside the Belkin House when an SUV crashed into her. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, but no criminal charges have been filed at this time.
Authorities reported that two occupants of the SUV sustained minor injuries and were also transported to Faulkner Hospital for treatment. Police characterized the crash as a tragic accident, indicating no intent behind the incident.
