MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — A 36-year-old man is in critical but stable condition following a two-vehicle crash on Lascassas Pike Monday night.
The incident occurred around 9:24 p.m. as the man attempted to cross near the rear entrance of Burger King, according to authorities. He was struck by two pickup trucks.
Emergency responders treated the pedestrian at the scene before transporting him via helicopter to Vanderbilt Medical Center for serious injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, and charges may be filed pending the outcome.
