MADISON (WKOW) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash on Highway 151 Thursday night.
The incident occurred at 9:12 p.m. near mile-marker 98. According to authorities, the 23-year-old motorcyclist collided with a vehicle from behind. Upon arrival, officers found the motorcyclist lying in the roadway, as reported by the Madison Police Department.
The injured motorcyclist was airlifted to a local hospital via Med Flight for what officials described as “very serious injuries.” No other injuries have been reported.
The crash disrupted traffic for approximately two hours, and the investigation remains ongoing.
