HENDERSON (KTNV) — UPDATE: As of 6:15 p.m., northbound I-11 has reopened near Horizon Drive following a fatal motorcycle accident.
According to Nevada State Police, the crash involved a single motorcycle and resulted in the death of the rider. Emergency responders were on the scene to assist.

ORIGINAL STORY: The RTC reported a traffic incident on northbound I-11 before the 215 Southern Beltway earlier this evening. Northbound traffic was initially closed at Horizon Drive.
