LAS VEGAS, NV — One person is dead and two others hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on Boulder Highway on Friday afternoon.
The collision occurred near Emerald Avenue, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead at the scene, while two others sustained life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
LVMPD has requested that the public avoid the area as the investigation continues. According to the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), all lanes are currently blocked, with road closures anticipated for several hours.
