JOHNSTON, RI — A motorcycle crash on Saturday afternoon resulted in the death of a 38-year-old man.
According to Johnston Police, the incident occurred around 2:41 p.m. on Hartford Avenue near the Oak Swamp Reservoir. The motorcyclist collided with a pickup truck towing a flatbed trailer that was making a left turn.
Authorities reported the victim was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced dead. His identity has not been disclosed pending notification of next of kin.
