According to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services, the rider lost control and struck the roadway, sustaining significant trauma. Paramedics administered advanced life support before transporting him to a local emergency room.
This incident follows a separate crash on Saturday, where nine individuals, including six children, were injured in a two-vehicle collision near the same off-ramp.
