Boston, MA – A motorcycle crash in West Roxbury on Sunday resulted in one fatality, according to Massachusetts State Police.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. on VFW Parkway, troopers responded to the scene where a motorcyclist was found in the median next to his bike. Emergency medical services transported the rider to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities reported that the motorcyclist was likely speeding when he attempted to pass another vehicle and lost control.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
