BUTLER, MO – A plane crash occurred around 2:41 p.m. on Sunday, resulting in multiple fatalities, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP).

Emergency responders, including the Butler Fire Department and MSHP, arrived at the scene on U.S. Highway 71 near the city. Authorities confirmed that two individuals aboard the small aircraft were at the scene.
