LITTLE ROCK — A Little Rock woman was killed in a three-vehicle collision on Cantrell Road on Sunday evening.
According to authorities, the crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. involving two sedans and a pickup truck. The woman, identified as 34 years old, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders from the Little Rock Fire Department and Pulaski County Sheriff's Office arrived shortly after the accident. Two other individuals were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials closed two lanes on Cantrell Road for several hours while the scene was cleared and an investigation was conducted. The road has since reopened.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
