TINTON FALLS – A Kinnelon man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway early Saturday morning, according to authorities.
Scott Sanczyk, 20, was driving a Mercedes-Benz SUV northbound near mile marker 109.6 when he reportedly struck a guardrail and overturned at approximately 6:12 a.m., as stated by New Jersey State Police.
The impact caused Sanczyk to be ejected from the vehicle, resulting in fatal injuries. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police confirmed the crash is under investigation, and further details were not released. No other vehicles were involved.
