SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – A fatal car crash occurred early Monday morning in Snohomish County.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) responded to a single-vehicle accident near the intersection of 171st Ave. SE and W Wishon Rd., just east of Panther Lake.
Authorities confirmed the driver, a 32-year-old man, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was ejected during the crash. He did not survive the incident.
One lane of the roadway was closed while investigators assessed the scene and worked to determine the cause of the crash.
Emergency responders were on site, and the incident remains under investigation by the SCSO.
