A Fulton man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a crash that injured a woman.
The incident occurred on Route HH, south of County Road 203, at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved: a GMC Sierra and a Chevrolet.
The driver of the Chevrolet was transported to University Hospital with serious injuries, authorities said.
The GMC driver, identified as 45-year-old Bruce L. Skinner, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after registering a blood alcohol content of .165%.
A criminal summons has been issued for Skinner, with his initial court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
