LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX News) — A motorcycle crash on I-75 claimed the life of 66-year-old Lorenzo Spencer late Sunday night.
Authorities reported the incident occurred on the southbound side of the interstate near mile marker 111.
Spencer, a resident of Columbia, South Carolina, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Fayette County Coroner confirmed the details of the crash. Emergency response teams arrived promptly, but the extent of any additional injuries has not been disclosed.
The crash resulted in temporary lane closures as an investigation commenced, and the scene was cleared shortly thereafter.
