SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — An investigation is ongoing after a man died in a car accident early Monday morning in Snohomish County.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a single-car crash at the intersection of 171st Ave. SE and W Wishon Rd., located just east of Panther Lake. The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) confirmed that the 32-year-old driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle and did not survive.
According to investigators, the driver lost control, left the roadway, crashed, and was ejected from the vehicle. One lane of the roadway was closed to facilitate the investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
The victim's brother arrived at the scene, indicating that the driver may have been en route to or from his job at a local hospital.
