GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Authorities are searching for a driver following a crash early Tuesday morning that damaged two homes.
The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. at the intersection of Butterworth Street and Lane Avenue, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department. Witnesses reported that the driver fled the scene prior to police arrival.
A vehicle was observed parked against one of the homes, with significant damage visible. A collapsing porch roof was captured by a FOX 17 camera, illustrating the impact of the crash.
