Driver Killed in Alpine Township Crash on Alpine Avenue
ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A crash occurred Sunday night on Alpine Avenue near 8 Mile Road, resulting in the death of a 36-year-old woman from Comstock Park.
According to Michigan State Police, the victim was traveling south when her vehicle crossed the median, rolled over, and was subsequently struck by a northbound vehicle. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the northbound vehicle sustained no injuries. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, and further details have yet to be released.
