RAYNHAM, Mass. —
One person was hospitalized Tuesday after a vehicle crashed into a home in Raynham, Massachusetts, at approximately 12:51 p.m.
The incident occurred at 1577 Broadway, where a Ford Fusion struck the lower brick section of the residence, resulting in significant damage.
Authorities reported that an elderly driver from Rhode Island experienced a medical episode before leaving the roadway and colliding with the home. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Boston Medical Center – South in Brockton.
At the time of the crash, the home was occupied, but no injuries were reported among those inside.
The property's structural damage is currently under assessment, and the incident remains under investigation.
