LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A single-vehicle crash involving a car and a light pole disrupted traffic on Aviary Way overpass at the northern 215 Beltway Friday morning.
According to North Las Vegas Police, the incident occurred around 7:15 a.m., when the vehicle struck the light pole and jumped the curb on the northbound side.
Emergency response teams arrived on scene to assess the situation and manage traffic. Authorities confirmed there were no reported injuries.
The downed light pole was blocking a lane of traffic but is expected to be cleared by 8:30 a.m. An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
