KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) – A 12-year-old boy sustained serious injuries in an e-bike accident Wednesday morning.
According to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS), paramedics responded to the incident on Kapolei Parkway at 7:13 a.m. The boy reportedly crashed his e-bike into a parked car, resulting in significant injuries to his arm and leg.
Officials confirmed the boy was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. He was transported to an emergency room and is currently in serious condition.
