BEDFORD, NH — A serious crash occurred at the Bedford Toll Plaza on the Everett Turnpike just before noon on Tuesday.
A single-vehicle incident involving a 2026 Lucid Gravity resulted in serious injuries to the driver, identified as 51-year-old Yevgeny Mirman of Massachusetts, according to New Hampshire State Police. Mirman was hospitalized after the vehicle caught fire, and bystanders reported someone was trapped inside.
Witnesses and a State Trooper assigned to Governor Kelly Ayotte's security detail helped extract Mirman from the burning vehicle. “Eugene was in a very scary car accident,” said his publicist, Sheila Kenny. “He is grateful to be on the mend and thanks all who assisted.”
The crash led to significant traffic disruptions on the highway. No charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing. State Police are asking anyone with information to contact Trooper Nathan Belanger at Nathan.R.Belanger@dos.nh.gov.
