PRINCETON, TX — A school bus and SUV were involved in a crash on Friday afternoon at 3:45 p.m.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 982 and Primrose Path. According to authorities, the SUV rear-ended the stopped school bus, which was carrying students at the time.
No students on the bus were reported injured. Another bus was dispatched to transport the children safely home.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a local hospital, with reports indicating they were not wearing a seat belt. The driver's condition is currently unknown.
Emergency response teams arrived at the scene, and police continue to investigate the incident. No lane closures were reported.
