HONOLULU (Island News) – A bicyclist sustained serious injuries following a crash in Honolulu on Tuesday morning.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the incident at the intersection of Monsarrat Ave and Campbell Ave at approximately 8:15 a.m. The victim, a man in his 20s, was riding his bike when he was struck by a vehicle.
The man was transported to a nearby emergency room in serious condition. EMS confirmed he was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
Authorities have not released further information regarding the vehicle involved or any potential lane closures. An investigation is ongoing.
