At Least 1 Hurt in Tampa Truck Crash on Hillsborough Avenue and Sylvia Place
Tampa, Florida (March 29, 2022) – At least one person was hurt in a collision involving a big rig in Tampa on Friday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred in the area of Hillsborough Avenue and Sylvia Place just after 5 a.m. March 25.
FHP said a vehicle and a semi-truck were involved in the collision.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation by the FHP.
The vehicle was reportedly wedged under the big rig following the incident.
According to the report, at least one person was hurt following the crash. The extent of the patient's injuries was not specified.
The wreck remains under investigation.
