Millsboro Man Dies in Single- Crash Near Long Neck

A 60-year-old Millsboro man was killed in a single- crash on Legion Road near Long Neck around 11:50 p.m. on Feb. 11, according to Delaware State Police.

The man was driving an Audi A4 southbound when he failed to negotiate a sharp left curve, left the roadway, and struck a concrete culvert pipe. The vehicle went airborne before crashing into a row of trees, police said.

Authorities reported that the victim was not wearing a seatbelt and was from the vehicle. He was at the scene; his identity will be released pending family notification.
