LAS VEGAS (LOCAL NEWS WIRE) — A crash at Interstate 11 and Russell Road is causing significant delays in the eastern valley.
According to RTC officials, the incident occurred at 5:41 p.m., initially blocking all lanes. The far left lane has since reopened, allowing some traffic to flow.
