Bedford Man Dies After September Car Crash Complications
A Bedford man succumbed to injuries sustained in a car crash on Sept. 14, authorities announced Saturday.
The 45-year-old was involved in a collision on Route 101 near Exit 10, which involved two vehicles. Emergency responders from the Bedford Fire Department arrived on the scene shortly after the incident, providing medical care to the victim before transporting him to a local hospital.
Authorities said the man faced multiple complications from his injuries, ultimately leading to his death. The crash remains under investigation by the New Hampshire State Police, who noted that both speed and weather conditions are being considered as contributing factors.
No additional injuries were reported among the other driver or occupants involved in the crash. Route 101 experienced temporary lane closures during the emergency response and subsequent investigation.
The identity of the deceased will be released following notification of next of kin, according to officials.
