HOOSETT, NH – A 42-year-old Manchester resident died in a single-vehicle crash on Thursday morning, according to Hooksett Police.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 a.m. on Route 3, northbound. The vehicle, a 2012 Honda Accord, reportedly lost control and struck a guardrail.
Authorities confirmed the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved, and initial reports indicate no additional injuries.
Emergency responders from the Hooksett Fire Department provided medical aid. The roadway was closed for approximately two hours following the incident as investigators worked on the scene and vehicles were towed away.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Hooksett Police Department. Witnesses reported seeing the vehicle swerving prior to the collision.
