Waynesville Man Injured in Pulaski County Crash on August 25
A Waynesville man sustained serious injuries in a vehicle crash on August 25 in Pulaski County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Route 66 near the intersection with Solar Road. The crash involved two vehicles, a sedan and a pickup truck, traveling in opposite directions.
Authorities confirmed that the Waynesville man, who was driving the sedan, suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the pickup truck sustained minor injuries but declined medical assistance at the scene.
Emergency response was coordinated by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Waynesville Fire Department. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and Route 66 was temporarily closed while an investigation was conducted and debris cleared.
As of now, the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. There were no fatalities reported in the accident.
