HAMPSTEAD, N.H. — A car crash caused a propane leak Thursday night near 305 Sandown Road, behind the Hannaford.
According to the Hampstead Police Department, the collision damaged propane tanks, leading to the leak. Emergency crews responded promptly to address the situation.
Authorities advised motorists to avoid the area while cleanup efforts were underway. The scene was cleared and reopened around 11 p.m. No further details have been released.
