Massachusetts man faces felony charges for DUI crash and firearm disposal on I-93 in Manchester.

MANCHSTER, NH — A Massachusetts man faces multiple felony charges following a pickup truck crash on Interstate 93 on October 14, 2023.

Authorities said the incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. near Exit 10. The man, identified as 34-year-old Michael L. Connors, lost control of the vehicle, which flipped over and came to rest on its side.

Witnesses reported that Connors allegedly disposed of a firearm at the scene as New Hampshire State Troopers arrived. Emergency response included the New Hampshire State Police and local fire units, who provided medical aid.

Connors was transported to a nearby hospital with non-fatal injuries. He faces charges including reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

According to authorities, no other vehicles were involved, and no additional injuries were reported. Two left lanes of the highway were temporarily closed during the investigation and vehicle recovery.
