WEBSTER, Mass. (WJAR) — A 35-year-old Southbridge woman faces charges related to an April 11 crash that resulted in the death of a 10-year-old girl.
Sherrie Mae Plitouke has been charged with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, negligent operation, and speeding. According to authorities, she was arrested at her home and is currently held on $100,000 bail.
The crash victim, Marleigh Guevara, was pronounced dead at the hospital. A GoFundMe page has been established by her family to honor her memory.
Plitouke is scheduled for arraignment on April 21.
