Bonneville County, ID. – A driver was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Thursday afternoon in Bonneville County.
According to the Idaho State Police, the accident happened around 2:18 p.m. at E 49th N and US 26.
A black Cadillac driven by a 44-year-old female from Idaho Falls was driving eastbound on E 49th N when it collided with a green Toyota 4Runner traveling westbound.
The impact of the collision sent the Toyota into eastbound lanes where it was struck by a gray Ford Escape driven by a 49-year-old female from Ammon, ID.
Idaho Falls EMS and Fire responded to the incident and transported the Ford driver to the hospital for treatment.
