Calhoun County, AL. – A man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision that left three others injured near Ohatchee in Calhoun County on Sunday evening.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division, the accident happened around 8:25 p.m. on Alabama 77 near the 91-mile marker.
A 2024 Nissan Sentra, a 2019 Ford Mustang and a 2015 Toyota Prius were involved in the collision.
A 28-year-old man in the Sentra was killed in the accident.
A 20-year-old female driver of the Mustang and a 16-year-old passenger were taken to hospital in unknown condition.
The 58-year-old man driving the Prius was also hospitalized with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
