Montgomery Man Dies in SUV Crash
A Montgomery man was killed in a crash this morning on Meriwether Road near Tibbee Lane in Montgomery County.
According to Alabama State Troopers, the accident occurred around 9:30 AM. Authorities reported that 23-year-old Cody Dawkins was driving an SUV when he crashed into a tree. He was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the location, and an investigation into the crash is ongoing. No additional injuries were reported.
