Wood County, WI. – One person was killed in a collision that happened on Friday evening in the township of Auburndale.
According to the Wood County Sheriff's Department, the accident happened at US Highway 10 and County Highway P.
A passenger car with two occupants was northbound on County Highway P when it failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by an SUV traveling westbound on Highway 10.
A passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both drivers were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital.
