Fatal Head-On Collision in Franklin County Involves Two Adults and One Juvenile.

Three people from Hermann, Mo., were killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday night in Franklin County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 8:45 p.m. on Highway 100, east of Dundee Road.

A 2020 Explorer was traveling westbound when a 2011 Sentra, traveling east, crossed the center line and collided head-on with the .

A 70-year-old woman from New Haven, Mo., in the Ford sustained moderate injuries.

Authorities confirmed that a 47-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman in the died at the scene.

A 10-year-old girl from the Nissan was transported to a children's hospital in St. Louis, where she was shortly after midnight.

The Highway Patrol reported that neither of the adults in the Nissan was wearing seatbelts, while the juvenile was secured.

Emergency responders and tow services cleared the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing.
